You do. Your domain, your site files, your content, your data. If we host for you, that part runs on our servers as a service, not an account in your name, and you can take the whole site elsewhere whenever you want. Nothing is held over you.
Hosting and care are month-to-month. Any contract is something we'd agree on together, and if you're not comfortable with one, we won't lock you in. We'd rather keep you with good work than a contract clause.
